"An absolutely amazing hotel. I have traveled the world and this hotel is top 3, everything was amazing, staff, service, facilities.... I will most definitely be back and soon I hope 🙏"
"For the price we paid I expected the hotel to be more updated with more amenities, and to be more luxurious. However, the beach/ocean of the hotel was amazing."
"We stayed in the hotel for a week, the food was exceptional every night and varied, the chefs were so helpful as well as azis on the floor. The pool was also very clean. We had a sea view room which was class and very clean. We walked to the hotel beach a few days as it was only 1.5 km away but you could also use the shuttle bus. A guy called amar worked in the beach, had perfect English and couldn’t help us enough. Finally a word about the general manager Yasser, what a gentleman, anything we needed or required was no problem, he really made our stay a wonderful experience, thank you Yasser"
"You can clearly see it is a five-star resort with various water-related activities:
2 massive swimming pools in perfect condition.
A very nice water park, but not well-maintained.
A private beach, which is clean, but for some reason, you can smell sewage !!
Great food, great service, 5-star interior designs and furniture quality.
The major 2 down sides:
1. You can see the facility has aged with subpar maintenance, especially to the water park and in the outdoor furniture.
2. They have to do something about flies. It was a true buzz kill, especially at the pool area."
"Awesome facility. Amazing food and staff, more than I was expecting. I recommend this place to everyone who want to go this hotel you will not be disappointed. Beautiful beach and pool. The only downside is the area around is still developing and a lot of construction and empty lots but once you are at the property you don’t even notice that. Hopefully when everything is done the area around the property will be more beautiful but do not let that stop you to go you will enjoy your time ."
