This facility is great. The ambiance is so enjoyable. Outside firepit highlights the area. We have stayed there 3 times and plan on going back, would recommend others to plan a stay there too.

We stayed in the apartment above the garage and absolutely loved it!! Place was very clean and amenities were plentiful. The property was beautifully landscaped along with a firepit, koi pond, and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

A hidden gem

It’s a very nice place. It’s quiet and the grounds landscape beautifully. Randy, the host is very accommodating. Our only regret is that we only had time to spend one night there.

Much needed getaway

We found Trickling Waters very relaxing and enjoyable. There were many birds to watch and listen to. The location is very convenient to many sites to see. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning!

Trickling waters is a beautiful, peaceful retreat nestled in the bluffs of the Mississippi River. The room was clean and well stocked. There is a fire pit and hot tub available for use. My only suggestion is that the room needs to be updated. The furniture and appliances are dated. However, we really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Hotter than normal I'm sure, but the AC could be a bit stronger. Kept the adjoining room cool, bedroom eventually cooled down. Overall a great location and price. Better than staying across the river in a chain hotel.
