"We were coming into Belleville for a wedding and I had reached out earlier to the team there requesting an early check in and checkout. They didn’t make any promises but there were able to accommodate both! Thank you so much, we were able to get into our room in lots of time to get ready for our wedding! The room was great, service was excellent and the breakfast was good too, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Belleville,"

"Our room was clean and attractive, the mini fridge worked great, even the freezer. Complimentary water, cookies, and coffee were appreciated. The shower pressure was excellent! The staff were friendly and responsive. The setting is beautiful and charming, right on the river. I'm hoping to stay at the Water's Edge every time I visit this lovely area."

"Our cottage was reasonably clean. It is rustic but we enjoyed our stay. The 3 queen beds were comfortable and nice pillows provided. Staff answered very quickly when I texted them. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and utensils. Pool was very nice and location of cottage so close to the river was nice for fishing and kayaking and was beautiful! We enjoyed bonfires and barbecues. It is close enough to Campbellford to go on an outing and hike across the suspension foot bridge and get donuts from Doohers bakery. Cottage could use a bit of repair of the air conditioner and the door. Hopefully they will do that and make it 5 star."
