From the moment of check-in up until check-out, the staff at the hotel and beach were amazingly helpful, frindly and very professional. We really feel like at home. It's really close to sea, and the food & drinks at panacco was excellent. They created amazing places to sit by the beach and also up back at the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel, so we were eating out 2 days but the dinner at the hotel was really good too. Overall, we had really the best experience from all aspects and will definetely come back!

This is such a little town it is surprising to find this beautiful hotel. I think they are the best one in the area. Their private beach is the best beach in town with someone taking care of you all the time. Their breakfast their rooms their view were all great. I highly recommend it.

Söğütköydeki en güzel tesis

Tesis diyorum çünkü söğütköyde buraso gibi başka bir otel yok. Plaj işletme odalar ve en önemlisi çalışanlar her şey dört dörtlük. 3 gece geldiğimiz ve deneyelim diye yola çıktığımız bu otel sonraki senelerde bizim açımızdan müdavimi olacağımız bir tatil deneyimine dönüştü. Huzur, dinginlik, kaliteli konaklama ve iyi hissettiren hizmet anlayışı ise beklentiniz mutlaka burayı listenize alın.

Dubaide ve İstanbulda aynı sektörde faaliyet gösteren birisi olarak kısa ve samimi bir değerlendirme yapacağım, umarım otel ve kalacaklar için faydalı olur. Çalışanlar (işletmeci dahil) çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı gerçekten sizin rahat hissetmeniz için çalışıyorlar. Oda ve banyo standart ve yeterli. Temel eksikler, hijyen konusu gerçekten eksik zira otelin kuralı siz istemedikçe oda temizlenmiyor ve istenildiği zaman da ne yazık ki bölgedeki işçi sorunundan dolayı kalifiye oda servisinde çalışanlar olmadıklarında temizlik yetersiz kalıyor. Plaj kısmı ve havuz keyifli ve yeterli- kahvaltı lezzetli ve doyurucu. Bar kısmından çıkan içkilete lezzetsiz denebilir biraz daha özenli olabilir. Temizlik konusu gelişirse gayet keyifli kalınabilir. Fiyat performans konusu çok göreceli, bence performans göre bir kademe pahalı kalıyor. Bol keyifler.

Çok keyifli bir tatildi. 2 gece suit bungalovda konakladık. Bahçesinin manzarası , evin dekorasyonu çok güzeldi. Beach kısmı çok keyifli. Kahvaltıyı beach kısmında mükemmel bir manzara eşliğinde yapıyorsunuz. Çalışanlara ve Aycan beye hoş sohbeti, güler yüzü ve ilgisi için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. İçmelerden geldiğimiz köy yolu çok kötüydü. Marmaris’ten Selimiye Bozburun yolu tercih edilmeli. Personel çok ilgiliydi otel gayet güzeldi. Konsept ve dizayn olarak şahaneydi. Kendine ait Panocco beach gerçekten güzeldi. Gömleğimi check out tan sonra unutmuştum. Personel, saolsunlar kargolamışlar evime. Tek olumsuz tarafı akşam yemeğinide otelde yemek istedik. Deniz ürünleri, makarna yada otelin konseptine yakışabilir bir menü olmasıydı. Fakat akşam erken saatte yemek yapıcak personelin olmaması üzücü oldu. Söğüt köyündeki esnaflarında para kazanabilmesi için böyle bir tercihte bulunulması şaşırtıcı geldi ama kabul edilemez birşey değil. Geliştirilebilir. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Beklentimizin çok çok altı

Hayal ettiğimiz gibi asla değildi. Öncelikle recepcion gerçekten ilgisiz, çıkışta memnun kalıp kalmadığımızı bile sormadı ekstraları ödeyip çıktık ticarethane gibi. İkinci olarak en büyük eksiklik plajın otele uzaklığı yorucu bir yokuştan inip çıkıp beache varıyorsunuz. Hem otel kısmında hem de beachte hala tadilat devam ediyordu ses ve sürekli ustalarla iç içe olmak sıkıcıydı. Bunun sezondan önce hallolması veya tadilattaki yerlerin tamamen izole edilerek otelle bağlantılı olmaması gerekirdi. Son olarak akşam yemekleri hem aşırı pahalı (çevrede bir çok yerin fiyatını öğrendiğimiz için bunu rahatlıkla yazabiliyorum) hem de menü çok kısıtlı. Tek teşekkürümüz Aycan beye, ilgisi alakası misafirperverliğinden dolayı. Mükemmel bir mimariye ve konuma sahip bir otel işletmeyle nasıl zayıfladığına şahit olduk. 3/5 puan veriyoruz.
