Expensive low standard hotel

Rude and unfriendly staff in the morning of check-out. Poor and low quality room that was due for renovation for a long time ago. Very expensive taking into consideration the standard and condition of the room

Restaurant fermer depuis longtemps, chambre pour le week-end non nettoyée cela semble normale pour le gérant. Lors de ma vie professionnelle j'ai connu des campaniles nettement meilleurs.

Soirée étape

Séjour étape en pleine chaleur. Pas de chance, panne de clim, mais le personnel a bien anticipé et géré les chambres, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur et très bien dormi.

Peu d'occupants ce samedi et pourtant on nous a attribué une chambre à côté de voisins bruyants qui sont sortis pour fumer et parler durant toute la nuit. Par ailleurs le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas! De plus sur internet l'établissement est décrit comme hotel-restaurant mais ce dernier n'est pas ouvert le week-end. Beaucoup de déconvenues. De tous les Campanile que nous avons fréquenté c'est vraiment celui qui ne correspond pas à l'idée que nous avons de cette chaîne.
