4/10 Poor

"Run down. Hot. A dog that barked all night, every night and sounded like he was INSIDE the hotel. Staff said they talked to the neighbor, who owns the dog, and he refuses to do anything. I suggest the hotel take this review and many others like it and show the neighbor. Finally, the shower threw water all over the bathroom on slippery floors. We used a towel to get to the toilet without falling, and then they manager tried to charge us for a new towel because the one we had "was too dirty." Did I mention the dog? I love dogs. I hate terrible owners."

"Room is clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Though the description says the room I booked had a view of the lake. There is no lake in the vicinity, there’s a building. The restaurant however was my issue, I was billed differently despite the menu showing a different price then was forced to pay because only the director could fix the issue. Not happy"
