Good hotel, very friendly service

Pavla (I suppose the manager) was so nice and super helpful. We arrived around 18:30 - she recommended a good restaurant in town, booked us a table and even drove us there (it was around 1 K away). Room was basic (and BIG) but clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good, excellent service there. Parking onsite costs 2 euros!

Ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af en meget venlig receptionist, der virkelig fik os til at føle os velkomne. Pænt hotel med store rene værelser. Hotellet ligger på en stille vej 5-10 minutters gang fra bymidten. Hotellet har min bedste anbefaling.

Trotz unserer späten Anreise hat Check In gut geklappt. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Unterkunft kann ich weiter empfehlen, beim nächsten Besuch in Marienbad würse ich wieder dort absteigen

Great hotel!

Surprised that we arrived on the “opening of the spa season” - lots of music, kiosks with yummy food- easy to walk to the spas, and recreation areas.Great breakfast included in room rate.

Отличный отель для всей семьи

Отель находится в тихой части Марианских Лазни, немного на холме. Если вы не хотите слышать из окна гул машин и хохот отдыхающих, то вам очень понравится этот отель. Рядом с ним большой парк с минеральным илточником, до поющего фонтана максимум 10 мин пешком. Для годовалого ребенка нам дали постель. Очень приветливый персонал. Завтрак ооооочень хороший, мы были удивлены, насчитали более 10 видов колбас, 7 сыров, овощи, фрукты, яишница, каши, сладкое. Всего много и вкусно. Рекомендуем всем, кто хочет отдохнуть и поправить здоровье. В отеле было очень чисто, есть места для парковки, можно брать с собой животных за 200 крон.

Freundlicher und schneller Empfang. Zimmer sind riesig. Alles sauber. Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang durch den Park und schon ist man im Zentrum. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Haben tolle Tipps erhalten.

Nice hotel but not so much to do!

Hotel and personell very nice. Not much to do in the village and difficult to drive to Karlovy Vary because they close roads and don't say how to drive instead. Wifi works very bad.

Preis Leistung sind in Ordnung. Das Hotel welches nicht mehr das Neuste ist, liegt ruhig und es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zur Innenstadt. Auch hat es einen eigenen Parkplatz was immer von Vorteil ist. Das Personal - besonders an Empfang,ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Nur warum sich die Zimmertüren nur sehr geräuschvollschließen lassen und das im gesamten Haus erschießt sich uns nicht.

We had a room on the first floor and a lot of times people need to ring the bell because the gatepass wasn't working or they want to check inn, there is not always somebody working. We had the same problem by check inn. It gives not the welcome feeling you expect. Please don't watch under the beds. Dirt, used earplugs and bottle shells... When you expect a folded bed and emty garbage can after a day in the city... You have bad luck... In 3 days nobody has been in our room. (maybe they come only when you use the doorhanger!?) We did a roadtrip through Czech, but this hotel certainly did not come near the best hotel.

Kurzurlaub in Marienbad

Ich hatte nach Einen Ort in Tschechien gesucht, der nicht allzu weit weg von meinem Heimatort in Sachsen ist. Irgendwann bin ich auf Marienberg gekommen. Ich kannte es nicht und fand es für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr interessant. Als wir nun da ankamen, war ich schon überzeugt, die richtige Wahl getroffen zu haben. Wir wurden unheimlich lieb empfangen. Als Bonus bekamen wir ein Upgrade auf eine Suite. Herrlich urig gelegen. Viel Natur in der Umgebung. Aber man ist auch ganz fix in der Stadt und kann wunderbar flanieren. Die Architektur der Häuser ist, bei gut erhaltenen Häusern/Hotels fantastisch. Leider verfallen viele Bauwerke, weil wohl die Hochzeit von Marienbad lange her ist. Dies tut dem Aufenthalt, der Entspannung und Ruhe dennoch keinen Abbruch. Wir haben uns eine Ganzkörpermassage mit heissem Öl gegönnt, eine Stunde, 22 Euro. Essen kann man super lecker. Ich bin vollkommen zufrieden mit meinem Hotel Villa Gloria und mit meiner "Marienbadwahl"
