"Our stay was very pleasant."

"It was okay. Staff were good. We were booked In the old building. We did not know about old and new buildings. Old building guests have to walk or get free cart ride to basement of new building to use the pool. Then take escalator up to lobby near pool. ( Sandals and bathing suits can’t be worn in the lobby. )There is no way to get there except this way for us. The man at the pool informed us we need to bring dry clothes and sneakers. Pool was small anyway . Not worth the hassle or price. Much better options nearby."

The staff is the heart of this hotel. The location, food and the other features are just icing on the cake. All the staff are amazing and this is no exaggeration. Special mention to James and Alanis (who took care of us also last year); Chezka and Yana from front desk; Kiko and George from the restaurant and all the housekeeping and security staff!
