"Check in easy, very clean room. There were some floor tiles missing but it did not affect our stay at all. Hotel is conveniently located and easy to get around. There was a bar and seating area but not busy ever. Bartender was very kind as was all staff "

"Staff was great! Location was great. As for the hotel, only one elevator was working causing long delays if you didn't want to haul your luggage for many floors. The AC in our room never worked so the temperature was 24+c/75+f. Flooring was loose, moved and slid when stepped on so we had to be care when walking around. Breakfast was good and they had nice underground parking both for a fee. "

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, great location and the rooms are amazing. Very comfortable bed and good shower. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. "

"Staff were brilliant and helped me retrieve a lost item on arrival. Room was very nice and everything i needed. Location of hotel was superb bus stops are few minutes away. Will happily stay here again."

"The hotel is attractive and well maintained, in a central location overlooking the beach and right next to the famous La Pepica restaurant, and the staff are helpful and very friendly. Our room (junior sea view suite) was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. The only downside for us was the noise from the nearby beach bar which even on a Sunday and Monday went on until after 3.00 am, but closing our windows did shut out most of the noise."

"The a/c didn’t work in the room. They came to try and fix it but couldn’t so had to control it from Reception during our stay! Breakfast seemed very expensive for a 4 star hotel."

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."
