The hotel staff were nice and helped me work out getting to the bus terminal. The included breakfast was delicious as well. Great location and room was part of the UNESCO heritage style design. Only feedback is the plumbing had some issues and my room smelled like poo.

Çok vasat

Otel dışarıdan iyi görünebilir ama malesef çok tatsız bir deneyimdi. Oda rutubet kokuyordu,sabun bile yoktu,konak olması sebebiyle odanın camı da yoktu. Bize verilen oda ana otel binasının ek binasıydı. Kahvaltı ana binadaki otelde,çok kalitesiz ve vasattı. Yağlı yıkanmamış tabaklarda kahvaltı almamız bekleniyordu. Hiç memnun kalmadık.

özellikle havlular başta olmak üzere kirli ve pis bir otel. Havlular inanılmaz kokuyordu. Ayrıca sonradan odaya çevrilen bir odada kalıyorsanız eklenti yerlerinde küçük açıklıklar var ve dışardaki tüm gürültü odanızda, sizin odanızdaki sesler de dışarda.

Es war etwas schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden, aber wir hatten Glück. Das Personal hat uns freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Mit Google Übersetzer war alles schnell geklärt. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr schön, die Klimaanlage hat perfekt gearbeitet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da das Hotel schon etwas außerhalb der Geschäfte liegt und deshalb ruhiger ist. Frühstück gab's nebenan im Hotel, da wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Asla tavsiye etmiyoruz.

İlk girdiğimiz andan itibaren berbat kokulu bir oda ile karşılaştık havlular ,nevresimler hepsi birbirinden pisti. Arabamızı otoparka park ettiremedikleri için yol ortasında arabamız zarar görmüştü. Sabah kahvaltısı yenilecek durumda değildi patatesler 2 günlüktü resmen. Odada ki rutubet , lağım kokusundan oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldık ekstra ücret istediler. Kimseye tavsiye etmeyeceğimiz bir oteldi.

Çalışanlar çok yardımcıydı. Gerek eşya taşıma gerek kahvaltı hazırlayan hepsi güler yüzlü. Sadece otelin sıcak su ğzerinde çalışması lazım bide klimayla ilgili sıkıntı yaşadık otel soğuktu ama yer olarak merkezdeydi. Park kenarda boşsa kaldırıma yapmıştık. Genel olarak Mardin sokakları çok dar

Cute, cheap, good breakfast, needs TLC.

The hotel was very nice and cute. The room does need some maintenance like door was very difficult to lock and new paint and our room was next to the kitchen, breakfast area and check-in station, so you could hear everything and they can hear you. Also we were given the wrong room and the weren't able to change it but they took care of the difference.

Çalışanlar çok yardımsever , oda dizaynı güzel. Kahvaltısı çok çok iyi, otelin arka sokağında otopark alanı var. Tek sorun ısınmaydı, klima yetersiz kaldı . 2 gün aralıksız çalıştırınca aynı ısıttı, ama biz yılbaşında oradaydık hava soğuktu ve odaların tavanları yüksek . Belki bu yüzden geç ısınmıştır. Eski Mardin’in merkezine yaklaşık 15 dk yüreme mesafesinde. Lokalizasyonu güzeldi, tekrar gelir miyiz? Hava sıcaksa evet

Butik otel demek için biraz daha emek gerekiyor.

Yörenin dokusuna uygun bir otel seçmek istedik. Ama gerçekten hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Ücretsiz otoparktan kasıt yol kenarı kaldırım üstü parktır. Dürüst olmasını isterdim. Sabah duş esnasında soğuk su akmamasından dolayı haşlanma durumu yaşandı. Akşam ise sıcak su olmadığı ve tuvalet sifonu çalışmadığını bildirmemize rağmen 2 saat sonra müdahale edildi. Açıklama ise sıcak suyun x bir otelden geldiği vs vs gibi bir şey sifonun ise kireçli sudan tutukluk yaptığı gibi bir cevap aldık. Genel anlamda iyi niyetli ve bir şeyler yapma gayretindeler ama turizm işine kalkışıldığı taktirde ne yapsam satarım zaten geliyorlar düşüncesine kapılmamak gerekiyor. Böyle düşündüklerini sanmak istemiyorum ama bölgenin nimeti sayesinde işletme yapılıyorsa yapılan işte iyilerin örnek alınarak hızla düzeltmelerini nacizane tavsiye ederim. Mardin genel anlamda gerçekten rüya gibi bir şehir ama maalesef sokaklar inanılmaz kirli, umarım belediye bu konuda daha iyi olur. Turizmin getirdiği yozlaşmanın yaşanmaması dileği ile.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde. Eski Mardini yürüyerek rahatlıkla gezebiliyorsunuz.İşletmenin sahibi Tarik Bey çok ilgiliydi, yönlendirmeleri sayesinde çok güzel bir Midyat turu yaptık.Lakin otel temizlik konusunda eksik, kahvaltısı idare eder ve resepsiyon kısmında da eksiklikler var.Ama genel olarak memnun kaldık diyebiliriz.

Old, but rather lacking in character

The building is 1000 years' old and has been recently renovated. We loved staying in our historic room, with its stone barrel-vaulted ceiling, the staff were very friendly and helpful and there are great views from the roof terrace. However, the experience of staying in such an ancient building is somewhat spoilt by the cheap formica furniture, particularly the very basic tables and chairs in the breakfast room, which felt more like a canteen as a result (great breakfast though) - older style wooden furniture would be much more in keeping with the building. There is no comfortable seating or shade on the upper terrace. Also, the hotel is right at the far end of the city and our taxi driver 'could not' find it (although it is on the main street), so we were not as central as we'd thought.
