Mr. Veysel, property manager did excellent job during our stay. what a great welcoming, definitely it will be my favorite hotel to say when i visit to mardin. It was extremely clean, quiet and safe place to stay.

Excellent hotel

It was perfect and clean and good service. I like it . Just if you have back pain or joints pain its not suitable for you because you need to use too much stairs, stairs to reach the hotel, and stairs to the reception, and stairs for the room ,, i think its mardin like this because its old city,

Oda temizdi ama soğuktu ısıtmakta gerçekten zorlandık klimanın önce kendini ısıtmasını bekledik çalışanlar gerçekten güleryüzlü ve misafirperverdi. Kahvaltı alanı çok kötüydü yerin altında gibi küçük ve sıkışmış bi şekilde kahvaltı yaptık. Kahvaltı yetersiz oda soğuk ve küçük ayrıca sıcak suda akmıyordu. Güzel olan tek şey çalışanların ilgisiydi

Personel ilgili ve nazikti, oda temizdi, otelin güzel bir manzarası var. Sadece Mardin doğası gereği biraz fazla merdiven çıkıyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı konağın aşağısında bir odada veriliyor, kahvaltısı idare ederdi. Peynir çeşitleri, yumurta vs. vardı, ama pek lezzetli değildi. Ben otellerde yöresel ürünlerle hazırlanmış farklı kahvaltıları seviyorum, burası misafirhane kahvaltısı tadındaydı. Personelin ilgi alakasından memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler

Çalışanların hepsi çok ilgili ve yardımcı olan insanlardı. Aldığımız oda farklıydı, rezervasyon sistem sorunu dendi daha iyi bir oda veriyoruz dendi ama pansiyon odasından farksızdı. Yatak kolumu oynatsam gıcırdıyordu, ilk gece o yüzden uyumadım ama ikinci geceye düzelttiler. Yan odadaki tüm sesler ve terasta ki masa sandalye sesleri odanın içindeydi . Kahvaltı ve kahvaltı salonu vasat bir durumdaydı. Otopark aşağıda biraz merdivenlerden yürüyorsunuz zaten bunu otel belirtiyor ve Mardin sokaklarını tahmin ederek gitmeniz gerekiyor. Otelin manzarası güzel Mardin ayaklarınızın altında.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Die Stadt ist nicht zu weit entfernt, aber trotzdem ruhig genug, um wunderbar zu schlafen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Mekan otopark sıkıntısı vardı iki otelle birleştirmişler yer var ama değnekçi tarzı adamlar yardımcı oluyor kaba tavırlarla otele gelecek olursak temizlik normal seviyede kahvaltı kötü odalar çok yakın ve sesler birbirine gidiyor biz giriş kısmında ki odada kaldık telefon sesi ve çalışanın sesi ful bizim odadaydı fiyat perfermons açısından bir daha gitmek tercihim olmazdı
