"To be 100% honest, the only thing that makes this hotel/resort nice is the amenities. Easy access to pool and beach. Other than that, there’s nothing that makes this hotel worth $900/ night AT ALL! Staff is mediocre, rooms are mediocre at best. Our room had a toilet that did not at all flush. They sent someone multiple times to attempt to fix it, but the end result was a not working toilet our entire 2 day stay. The pool towels they gave us were dirty (literally had kids Cheeto finger marks all...

"Whenever I turned on the hairdryer in the bathroom, it shorted out the electric and the bathroom had no light. There was no other place in the room in which I could plug in the hairdryer and see what I was doing. This was a bit of a problem since I was trying to go to wedding events on a daily basis. I was basically told there was nothing that could be done. "

Only negative I can say are low water flow in bathroom and weak WiFi signal. Which they are not game changers at all. Would definitely go back"
