"Room is spacious and clean. One of the front desk staff members, Tu Ngo, went above and beyond to accommodate to our request for help. Everyone was polite and attentive. Breakfast included various types of foods and beverages! The breakfast fruit bar was our favorite. It had anything and everything: dragon fruit, langsat, passion fruit, plum. What a treat. The resort has a beautiful beach front. It is located a bit far away from the center of Da Nang so there is not a whole lot of restaurant options nearby. But it’s a pretty convenient Grab ride to and from the busier area of the city. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay with convenient access to the beach, you can’t go wrong with Koi resort! "

"Extensive breakfast spread. Very large room with the most comfortable bed in Vietnam! Giant TV which was perfectly located in the room. We absolutely loved the seafood platter at La Plage beachfront restaurant, which was delicious and excellent value. We also love Italian night, the food was delicious! Only criticism would be that there is not much shade for sun beds around the pool. Also, there are not enough sunbeds."

"Absolutely perfect. The staff, rooms, restaurants, amenities, location and the cleanliness of the hotel cannot be faulted. We thoroughly enjoyed walking to local restaurants, the beach out the front is gorgeous and just a quick grab/taxi to everything else. The hotel also offers tours at very reasonable prices. If your considering booking a hotel in Vietnam look no further than this one, you won’t be disappointed."

"Pros: you can use Hyatt Regency hotel’s amenities. The unit is roomy and on the beach, the kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. We loved the balcony. Cons: buggies/golf carts don’t provide you any services because your unit is not associated with the hotel. One of our key cards never worked from the minute we checked in, the host knows about it. The furnitures are older but mattress is very comfortable. Wifi was a bit troublesome. If you book a taxi , you would have to clarify it’s a Hyatt Resident B."

"The staff made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The only one issue was the food menu in all the restaurants did very too much but that was not an issue as we were very close to all the restaurants which there were many to enjoy during our stay. "

"Rooms are pretty standard, had a balcony with a beach view which was nice. Rooms were clean and staff were very timely on hoise keeping. Staff were all nice, daily breakfast was more than enough to keep us all full until dinner. Overall, the resort was decent. We stayed at a different resort prior and it was better than sandy beach. Not to say sandy beach was bad, but we would check out other resorts next time we visit as there are many others."
