"Such a bad experience! Horrible service and rude staff. The lady in the front desk would not let us check in, claiming that she didn’t have our reservation even do we had already paid.
I do not recommend this place!

"Ok - where do I start!
The “rooms” where not ready when we arrived- no one was expecting us in fact, I spoke to the lovely lady who owned the place and she explained that her rooms where usually pay by the hour (ugh). We had no choice but to stay here - one of the rooms had no lock and another had no bed! This was soon rectified but not to a satisfaction we would expect.
There where no televisions in the rooms, no fridges (not even a plug socket!) one room didn’t even have bedding!...

Mukavat koirat Koni ja Brownie. Siskoni rakastaa nukkumista ja sai parhaiten nukuttua tässä paikassa. Ainoa miinus: ei omaa kylpyhuonetta. Hyvä sijainti...
"As an economy hotel you get what you pay for, Cinnamon Villa and sister hotel Kings Bay, which is part of the complex, was more than adequate. Improving the bathrooms shower facilities however would have made it very good"
"Het hotel heeft geen lift! Er is veel achterstallig onderhoud, diverse zaken werken niet, bv. airconditioning, warmwatervoorziening, waaiers, lekkende douchecabines. De ligbedden bij het zwembad bestaan deels uit verrot hout, hetgeen gevaarlijk is. De financiële afrekening gebeurt nog op 19e eeuwse wijze (losse bonnetjes, een rekenmachientje) en de receptionisten spreken zeer slecht Engels.
Kortom: een upgrade is dringend nodig."
