The bathroom was not clean..it was hair in the shower...the screen was broken on the window..it was tiles coming up off the floor as you get off the elevator...the staff was amazing from Victoria the manager to the night lady and even the next morning guy was great...hands down your staff was excellent ...

over all location was great, sad that our second room in our suite didn't have a door, which was one of the main reasons for choosing the room we did. All so wanted to use the hot tub, but it was luke warm at best..
