Big room within the old quarter. Bathroom needed cleaning and we had dirty towels a few times. Nothing was mentioned about cash payment when booking the room - we paid by card and were charged 5% on top (not the hotel's fault but they should make it clear on the website). Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was served at a different location.

The room given to us was not the same on the photos on the listing. Look at all the negative reviews and you’ll notice a themed. The sheets are stained, you can hear the noise outside (constant horning of vehicles even during midnight), aircon is noisy, the shower drain is clogged and no lift on the first/second floor. We had to leave on the first night and book a proper hotel. The staff were friendly though.

Super clean, excellant service, cannot ask for a better location in the middle of Old Quarter. 2 minutes walk to St Joseph Cathdral, about 5min walk to shopping street.
