Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war sauber und sehr groß, das Bad gefühlt halb so groß wie das Zimmer und das größte, was ich bisher gesehen habe, von der Dusche ganz zu schweigen - wow 👍 Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, auf Knopfdruck gibts sogar frische pancakes! Einzig die Parkgebühren von 20€/Tag sind mMn überteuert. In der angrenzenden Schlachthof- und Dynamostraße findet man immer einen Parkplatz wenn es nicht stört, noch einen kleinen Spaziergang hinzulegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Personal war freundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmer ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Teppich war sehr dreckig, viele Fussel auf dem Bett, Dusche mit Kalkflecken.

Kleines, aber völlig ausreichendes Zimmer mit gemütlichem Bett und modernem Badezimmer. Nur die Lüftung im Zimmer war sehr laut und konnte auch nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Der zugehörige Parkplatz war bei spätem Check-In schon extrem voll. Nach Anruf bei der Rezeption konnte aber eine Lösung gefunden werden.

Das Hotel bei Anfahrt mit dem Auto war schwierig überhaupt zu finden - lediglich die Kennzeichnung des benachbarten NHHotels war gut sichtbar - vom Holiday Inn Schild keine Spur! Das Personal an der Rezeption war zwar sehr freundlich, jedoch musste das gebuchte Frühstück von uns nachgewiesen werden - auch die gebuchten Einzelbetten waren nicht im System. Im Zimmer für 2 Personen ein Handtuch und keine Kleiderbügel vorhanden - zudem ein super kleines Zimmer, welches wir von Holiday Inn nicht gewohnt sind! Beim Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten erfolgte kein einziges Mal Zimmerservice. Es gab zwar einen Hinweis, durch Aufhängen eines Schildes den Wunsch zum housekeeping zu äußern oder bei nicht Aufhängen darauf zu verzichten - ein solches Schild war gar nicht vorhanden! Trotzdem - wie gesagt - keine Reinigung erfolgt!Wir sind insgesamt einen anderen Standard von Holiday Inn gewöhnt!!! Wir wussten zwar bei der Buchung, dass die Zimmer klein sind, aber so klein, war dann doch eine Überraschung und rechtfertigt keinesfalls den dafür aufgerufenen Zimmerpreis!!! Auch die Parkplatzgebühr von 22 € pro Tag ist absolut überteuert!!! In diesem Hotel würden wir nicht mehr übernachten und das benachbarte NH-Hotel bevorzugen.Schade!!!

O Hotel é ótimo. Os funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos. O estacionamento fica na rua lateral. Em frente ao posto de combustível. Estadia muito boa.

Leider wird gerade in Hotel renoviert, was bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Also nix für Langschläfer. Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt. Auch an der Straße. Im Bad begrüßten mich Silberfische am Boden. Aufzug ging bei Checkout nicht. Somit hieß es mit Gepäck die Treppen runter.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ok für den Preis. Kritikpunkte: sehr enge Zimmer, eine größere Staubflocke an der Seite der Toilettenpapierrolle, das Wasser im Waschbecken lief sehr schlecht ab. Offenbar fällt das bei der Zimmerreinigung nicht auf oder wird nicht weitergegeben. Das Personal beim Frühstück trägt Privatkleidung, ein auf den Boden gefallener Wischlappen für die Tische wird schnell aufgehoben und im hohen Bogen lässig auf die Theke geworfen, ein Mitarbeiter steht 10 Minuten lang hinter der Theke ohne zu lächeln, ohne mitzuarbeiten erweckte den Eindruck, dass er nicht gerne dort arbeitet, vielleicht, weil es Wochenende war. Kurz, Hygiene und Gastfreundlichkeit ließen ein wenig zu wünschen übrig, einheitliche Kleidung und entsprechende Schulungen oder eine Aufsicht könnten helfen.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, trotz Straßenbahn und mehrspuriger Straße davor. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat eine ausreichende Auswahl. Einziges Manko: die Parkgebühren von 22.-€!!!!! für 9 Stunden parken und das mal 2 Tage. Es gibt kaum Parkmöglichkeiten drumherum, ist also leider darauf angewiesen. Für mich der Grund, dieses Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen.

Frühstück war sehr gut, 10 Min entfernt ist P&R Parkplatz, Zimmer sind klein, aber man hat alles was man braucht. In unserem Zimmer ist das Wasser von Waschbecken sehr langsam abgelaufen, wörtlich drin gestanden.Trotz der Meldung an der Rezeption ist nix passiert, das hat uns wenig gestört. Sonst ist alles Prima!
