Beautiful hotel, a grand icon hotel, history and future unite. Beautiful room, gorgeous breakfast, friendly and unobstructed service, wonderful indeed. Would love to stay again at this Leonardo Limited Edition hotel in the future.

Great hotel in Mannheim near the "Wasserturm"

From start to finish the stay was very enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, large room (330) with all mod cons. Great breakfast and dinner service. Fast Wi-Fi. Nice area. Comfortable bed. Very fair price. 2 tiny niggles, both reported to the staff - bathroom was poorly lit and the shower 'screen' was far too small to prevent water splashing everywhere.

Nice hotel but tobacco smoke wafts into room

Central location, excellent condition. Large room. My only problem in room 240 was I like to sleep with the window open and both evenings in the early hours my room filled with the smell of tobacco smoke. There was also a bit of noise below. Not sure if staff were working and smoking outside, or whether it was coming from elsewhere, but the first night in particular it was overwhelming. I don't smoke.

Mäuse im Frühstücksraum !!! Unser Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. -Handtuch-Heizkörper hin nur am Rohr Halter herausgerissen -Toilettentür schließt nicht, geht immer wieder auf ( ca. 30 Grad) Dusche teilweise schwarzer Schimmel in Fugen und schimmliger Vorhang Waschbecken läuft nicht ab! Nach Rücksprache mit Rezeption haben wir Bilder per Mail gesendet, aber es erfolgte keine Reaktion. Morgen 8:00 Uhr wurde im Nachbarzimmer mehrfach mit der Schlagbohrmasch. gebohrt. Wir haben alles , auch die Mäuse mit Bildern dokumentiert.Leider kann ich diese nicht beifügen.

Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, allerdings fiel der klorollenhalter fast von der Wand und im Badezimmer kam nur ein Rinnsal aus dem Wasserhahn und der Handtuchhalter war ebenfalls total lose. Auf der öffentlichen Toilette im Erdgeschoss hing eine Klobrille auf halb acht. Die Müslischalen beim Frühstück hingen entweder zusammen oder wieder Speisereste auf.

Ich habe eine Rechnung ausgehändigt bekommen, die hinten und vorne nicht stimmt. Als mir das zuhause aufgefallen ist, bat ich per E-Mail um Korrektur. Auch nach einer zweiten Aufforderung einige Tage später keine Rückmeldung und telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen.

Leider muss ich sagen, dass die Sauberkeit extrem schlecht ist. Überall staubt es. Leider ist auch das Bett extrem ungemütlich, es rutsch ständig auseinander. Da sollte man davon ausgehen, dass darunter gesaugt wird.. leider nicht. Optisch sieht die Unterkunft echt toll aus, aber hinter der Fassade sieht es anders aus. Ich finde auch die Armaturen im Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen.. naja. Aber die Lage ist top. Das Personal sehr nett.

Hotel aus den 60ern stylisch und charmant renoviert, Tolle Lage, freundliches Perdonal (trotz Unterbesetzung!) Leider wurde bei den Kleinigkeiten gespart, es gab kostenloses Wasser am Zimmer, aber keinen Öffner….. Um die Info der Frühstückszeit zu fragen, wusste ich mit meinem Handy beim Hotel anrufen. Dort hebt aber leider niemand ab.. (?zu wenig Personal)…… Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten! Empfehlenswertes Hotel

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht am Guitar Summit Wochenende gebucht. Der Eingangsbereich ist wirklich sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer war nicht ganz so sauber, die Dusche hatte große Kalkflecken und auch die Toilette hatte einen gelben Urinstein Streifen. Ansonsten war der Rest vom Zimmer in Ordnung und für eine Nacht wirklich gut. Auch die Lage ist super man ist schnell in der Fußgängerzone, zum Guitar Summit hatten wir es auch nicht weit und der Park mit dem Wasserturm ist auch gleich nebenan.
