2月に一泊しました。 館内がとにかく寒くて、風呂に行くにも決死の覚悟。 心臓に問題のある人は選ばない方が良い。

最悪の旅館

色んな旅館に泊まったけど最悪でした。大浴場は夜11時半まで開いてると聞いたのに10時半頃行ったら電気も全部消して真っ暗😰部屋の風呂は黄色いお湯が出るから使わないようにと言われ仕方なく自分で電気をつけて風呂に入ろうとすると外から男の人が11時に閉めますと大き声で言ってました。いったいどういう事⁈本当に腹立つ‼️部屋の冷蔵庫のコンセントは外されたまま、主人が入れた飲料水は全然冷えてない！朝食の白ご飯はいつの米かパラパラで変な臭いがして食べられませんでした。チェックアウトもしてないのに朝食の後部屋に上がったら人が入ってもう布団の片付けを終えてる こんな旅館はネットに載せて欲しくないです。せっかくの旅行なのに気分悪くして帰りました。残念です。

A traditional onsen hotel with a historic look. Our family of 3 stayed in a standard room, nothing more than general. The dinner is Japanese style set with good looking. Yet, one kind of the mixed sashimi was still frozen hard when being served and I had never experienced this in a Japanese ryokan before. Staff were nice, but not very outgoing when compared with other ryokans. The stay was general.

距巴士站有點距離需要爬一段小斜坡

距離湯原溫泉巴士站有點距離，巴士站到飯店需要爬一段小斜坡，帶著行李箱的話會很吃力。有會中文的服務人員覺得不錯。

食事はゆっくりといただき良かったです。 でも食後にコーヒーがなく、ちょっと寂しかったです。 お風呂と食事以外は、たくさんの本と有料のマッサージチェアーが置いてありましたが、私は利用しませんでした。 ほとんど部屋で寝転んでテレビを見るだけで過ごしました。 熱めのお風呂が苦手な私は、露天風呂も熱く浸かることが出来ませんでしたが、掃除の行き届いたキレイなお風呂でした。 総合的にはいいですが、次回利用するかどうかはわかりません。

유바라 온천에서 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 객실이 깨끗하고 호텔 내 온천도 만족스러웠습니다. 노천탕은 조금 걸어가야 하지만 문제 없습니다. 직원이 매우 친절합니다.

最悪、基本が出来ていない宿。

夕食と時日本酒を注文しました。フタは開けたまま出ました。日本酒はいつの物がわからないし商標と酒の名前がマジックインキで消されていました。職員を読んでなぜこんなものが出たか聞いて見ても分からないし上の人が来ても言い訳ばかり。それで我慢して翌日チェックアウトの時、部屋にティシュペーパーがなかったと話したが接客の態度が悪くて昨日のお酒の問題まで又話したら話が終わらなかったけど勝手に中に入った。女将さんに話して今日中に電話来なさいと話したけど今日は木曜日だけどまだ連絡とかおわびはない。本当にサービスの基本もできていない旅館。二度と行かない。 지난 토일 1박 2일로 한국에서 온 손님을 모시고 숙박했습니다. 식사도중 사케를 시켰는데 뚜껑이 이미 따여진 술병을 가지고 왔습니다. 그냥 마시려했는데 다른 손님들이 이상하다고 하서 자세히 보니 상표와 술 이름이 매직으로 지워져 있었습니다. 이런 고급 여관에서 있을 수 없는 일이다 싶어 직원을 불러 항의했지만 원래 그렇다. 다른 술병도 다 이렇다고 하더군요. 황당해서 다른 직원을 불렀더니 바뻐서 급히 가져 오느라 그랬다라는 말도 안되는 변명. 결국 지배인이 와서 사과해 일단 넘어갔는데 방에 휴지가 없더군요. 다음날 아침 체크 아웃하며 여직원에게 휴지가 없었다고 항의한 후 태도가 별로 좋지 않길래 어젯밤 술 사건을 아느냐고 물었고 흥분한 제가 말하고 있는 도즁 다른 손님이 말을 걸자 안으로 들어가 버리더군요. 몇번를 불러도 30초 정도 대답없다 나와서 내 영수증을 내밀며 이걸 가지러 가서 그렇다고 변명. 내가 영수증 달라했냐고 항의하다 결국 성의있게 사과를 안해서 오늘중으로 여관 주인이 전화해라 하고 나왔는데 일주일이 다 되도록 아무런 연락도 사과도 없는 최악의 여관입니다. 다시는 안 갈거에요.

酒店設施十分新淨，男湯女湯每日交換位置，所以我住了兩晚可以見識哂兩種湯！離主要食街和露天溫泉有5-7分鐘步行距離。

こじんまりとした旅館

全体的にこじんまりとした温泉旅館で、料理もおいしいかった。あまり日本料理が得意でない人でも食べられるようにされているのかもしれない。小さい子どこにはお子様ランチも用意されている。建物の外観は、趣のある日本風の数件軒先が連なった感じの家屋であったが、中は廊下ぶち抜きのひとつの温泉旅館と同じ構造。全体の雰囲気はともていいが、部屋自体はいたって普通でやや狭いのが少し残念。共用部分は趣きがあるのでもう少し部屋にも趣のある工夫が欲しい。
