We did not receive any housekeeping services the entire stay. We had to get everything we needed form the front desk. Continental breakfast was awful. We received cold burritos to warm in the microwave in the room. They were not good. The room was great. The pool was great. Handicap amenities were great! We would say again but something need attention.

We enjoyed it for our one night stay - it was walkable to the downtown Manitowoc area which is what we came for. Not much staff around to really comment on, but the hotel was quiet and near the water which was nice.

The room was adequate. The location was great for the holiday weekend. The room was promoted as a "lake view" but the window was so small (and high) that you really did not have a view of the lake.

The building is a bit dated but has been maintained. The property has a nice view of Lake Michigan and is close to restaurants and the museum in downtown Manitowoc. We'll definitely consider the property again if we're in the area.
