It turned out that there's no room secured for us when we arrived and tried to check in.. They said they sent a message to us but we didn't because they input the phone number incorrect.

Kann die guten Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen , runtergerocktes mit unqualifiziertem Personal besetztes Hotel. Deluxe Zimmer gebucht ,die Klimaanlage ist für das große Zimmer nicht konzipiert , zu schwach . Nach 3 Stunden Laufzeit war das Zimmer immernoch nicht angenehm kühl. Daraufhin kam unser checkout

Ich weiß nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Die Übernachtung war für mich nach jahrelanger Hotelerfahrung überhaupt nicht akzeptabel. 1. Fahrstuhl: grauenvoller Gestank, ist wohl der Lüftermotor durchgebrannt. 2. Bettwäsche wurde wohl nicht gewechselt. 3. Bettwäsche und das Hotelzimmer hatten so einen durchdringenden Geruch. 4. Bettwäsche wurde auf unser Drängen hin gewechselt, aber der selbe Geruch war immer noch präsent. 5. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren nicht sauber. 6. Mitten in der Nacht war ein störendes Geräusch (ein Klopfen, als ob der Abfluss von der zusätzlich installierten Klimaanlage draußen auf die Fensterbank tropft). 7. Wir konnten uns nicht erholen, haben gegen vier Uhr morgens ausgescheckt. 8. Uns wurde zwar ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, aber wir wollten da bloß nur noch weg. 9. Um es kurz zu machen, das Hotel hat wohl seine besten Tage hintersich und war eine einzige Katastrophen-Baustelle. 10. Schade, dass ich keine Fotos gemacht habe, aber wir wollten da nur noch weg.

Colazione buona, parcheggio di fronte all'hotel, camera grande e comoda, ma ci batteva il sole ed era calda. Le tende non oscuravano a sufficienza, la luce veniva dal basso. Scarsa l'illuminazione, porta asciugamani quasi staccato. Si trova in zona industriale, ma c'è un supermercato sotto e un ristorante a fianco.

Çalışanlar çok kibar ve güler tüzlüydü. Oda genel olarak temizdi fakat inanılmaz gider kokusu vardı bunu bastırmak için de çok fazla oda parfümü kullanılmıştı ve bu da rahatsız ediciydi. En kötü tarafı ise kahvaltı. Her şeyiyle vasattı. Kahvaltılık malzemeler kalitesiz, lezzetsiz ve çeşitsizdi. Sadece peynir zeytin ve yumurta vererek kahvaltı dahil diyemezsiniz. Kahve makinesi vardı, yanında fincan yok, karton bardak koymuşlar. Kahvaltı teke kelimeyle çok kötüydü.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement,le personnel de l'accueil ainsi que le personnel de la restauration ainsi que le personnel de nettoyage était à nos petits soins. C'était un voyage très agréable. Je recommande vraiment et sincèrement cette établissement à tout les voyageurs qui désirent séjourné dans un hôtel à Manisa ainsi qu'à mon entourage. Mon mari et moi-même remercions toutes l'équipe de l'hôtel pour ce séjour.
