I checked in at 2pm,the receptionist not approachable,never smile,I went down 2 times since the aircon is not working,it's been more 1hr that aircon was on (16°c ) never been cold,she just told to Wait till 6pm until the technician will come.I requested if she can transfer me to another but she got angry. I was very upset until she cold her manger and they transfered me to another room..The room is clean the only problem is the receptionist.

悪い訳ではないですけど！

写真とは、違う部屋。 アップグレードした。と、言うけれど面積で見ると違うのかな？ 狭い部屋、掃除は、少し雑？ほこりがありますよ！ 悪い訳ではないですけど、厳しめに意見します。 女性のスタッフが多いです。
