"From the moment you arrived, Staff in full attentive.Very accommodating to my needs with pleasant attitude. BREAKFAST BUFFET AND THE ENCINO ROOFTOP DINING ARE EXELENT. House keeping are very thorough. Room kept clean and update. Bed can be a little softer but who cares once your asleep I was well rested. The soft traffic noise at night is my white noise. Kudos to the staff.Thank you and you guys take pride of your job and it shows. I would definitely come back."

"This is such high class hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt like we were the most important guests they had to take care off that day and every day following. The friendliness and helpful staff is something missing from many establishments these days. I could not find a thing out of place or anything that wasn’t right. It was truly the perfect stay, so good that we didn’t just start our three week holiday there with a three night stay but decided to end it with another three nights at New Works Makati. Highly recommended."
