"The property well displayed every imarginary annemities for the guess. It was well thought out and done. The only set back was the carpet throught out . It cause my wife to cough and sneeze alot. The carpet needs to be removed from throught out, and let the tile reigh all over. Then I will give the location an A plus, instead of the A minus I am assesing now."

"Horrible room. Dirty sheets, holes in walls , chips and hair on counters and floor, filthy toilet / bathroom , no toilet paper. The fridge had drippings in it , there were empty grocery bags in drawers. Room wasn’t cleaned- just bedding tucked in. Staff wouldn’t refund my price - manager was very rude on the phone and was screaming at her employer. Very disappointing experience."

"The staff are very friendly. While they clean the rooms daily, they do not make the beds and did not change the linens during our stay. The breakfast is generally fine, but this time, I was told that they do not serve eggs or a breakfast meat if occupancy is less than 50%. They do have fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy and a good selection of muffins, cereals, etc. The location is convenient to several good restaurants in Manheim and Lititz. Hopefully tourist season will increase business. The price for the stay was hard to beat."
