A family oriented resort, ideal if you are travelling with kids. Quality was excellent and the staff helpful with everything. The suites were very spacious and details like the safari and safari-like decoration all over the resort made the stay a beautiful adventure.

This place is so magical. Quiet, clean, so beautiful, the staff is exceptional. Played tennis which was so fun, used the bikes, the beach is awesome We loved our stay here!

Nice hotel with great potential but our experience wasn't all that great. The hotel was mostly empty during our entire stay, there were only about 5-10 occupied rooms in total which I felt rendered reduced services throughout the hotel. The buffet system was very slow. There was one station were you would order the protein, which was made to order, and another station to order the sides, but there was no coordination between the two stations so you would get your side first and your main dish 20 mins later... One night 3 of us ordered salmon that was served extremely under cooked. The salad station was very limited, so was the bread options. The menu was exactly the same for lunch and dinner during our entire stay so we ended up venturing out to eat outside the resort so we wouldn't have to eat the same every day. Breakfast options were limited as well. Drink service was very slow because if you order wine they have to go and get it from a wine store that's far from the restaurant, cocktails are brought from the outdoor bar which is also far from the restaurant, and bartender service at the beach and pool was extremely slow, which was hard for me to understand why as the hotel was completely empty. The hotel grounds are really nice and all the common areas are very clean. We were very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. The staff was friendly but sometime it felt like they were a little lost. Another downside was there was constructions ongoing which was annoy

quase nenhum serviço de entretenimento incluído, quase tudo é cobrado por fora. A bicicleta tem limite de uma hora de uso, sendo certo que pelo preço da estadia, deveria ser uso gratuito liberado 24 horas. A diária tem um preço que pelo seu valor, deveria oferecer gratuitamente mais atividades.

Vamos a alguns pontos. Viajamos com 5 quartos e um total de 17 pessoas, todas da família, com idosos e crianças. No último dia, por uma questão logística com essas pessoas, pedimos 1h a mais do quarto só pra facilitar o check out e horário de saída. Não foi concedido o benefício para NENHUM quarto. Para agravar a saída, havíamos feito uma reserva em uma boia, que precisaria ter a presença de um adulto. 18 minutos antes do horário marcado, a empresa saiu para dois passeios seguidos, atrasando um total de 45 minutos. Obviamente, isso nos gerou um transtorno grande, uma vez que não queríamos cancelar pois era aniversário de uma das crianças. Dois problemas, sendo um facilmente evitável e outro que mostra uma falta de sensibilidade da gestão do hotel. Mas, por ser uma regra, facilmente entendemos. Sobre o restante, equipe dos restaurantes muito boa, atenciosa e gentil. O show que teve no sábado, ambiente bem legal, apesar da música claramente não ser algo profissional. Quartos bons. Sugestão: peçam edredom com antecedência. Caso contrário, o que sobrará serão lençóis e colchas de baixa qualidade. Local muito bonito, limpo, cuidado e a praia é incrível para as crianças. Como todo serviço, sempre dá pra melhorar.

Excelente hotel ! Tenho apenas duas observações a fazer, ambas relacionadas ao restaurante. - a comida não é servida quente, sempre morna. Isso para mim é algo bem desagradável. Bobo de camarão morno? Feijoada morna ? - a proatividade dos funcionários em retirar os pratos da mesa, beira o constrangimento. A estrutura comum do hotel, incluindo piscina, praia privativa, restaurante e piscina infantil com Playground são muito bons. O restaurante também é de alto padrão. Alguns pontos a melhorar: Internet estava instável, precisava fazer um reunião de trabalho mas não consegui. Isolamento do quarto não é ótimo, pois encontramos 2 aranhas e outros insetos no quarto. Comunicamos a recepção e disseram que não tinham como controlar e que iriam pedir para passar um inseticida, mas não fizeram.

Hotel com infraestrutura de lazer muito boa para famílias com crianças, quartos confortáveis, funcionários educados. Mas, por ser um resort, achei que falta mais opções para alimentação durante o dia, pois não tem nem um lugar para tomar um café da tarde e opções de lanches para bebês. Os horários das refeições também são limitadas para quem está com bebê, iniciam muito tarde. Falta também mais banheiros próximo da piscina. Outro ponto fraco, foi a falta de orientações gerais na hora do check in sobre o hotel, horários, o que tem para se fazer.
