Unsafe location. They are impersonating hotel in pumpwell ( Heera international). In Expedia the location also shows pumpwell ( heart of the city) but the location is 15 kms away from city and between forest. very dirty rooms.

This is dirtiest lodge. please avoid it at any cost. everything is dirty there, from blanket to every corner of the room. They are giving hourly rent to college couples as well.

There appears to be no set standard regarding amenities and staff conduct. Staff members do not take responsibility for the actions or statements made by their colleagues. The premises are reasonably clean, and in my opinion, offer better value compared to other available options in Mangalore within the same price range.

The property members give fake details on the website including map locations and try to pose as a different well maintained property in a seperate location. Once you book it with prepayment there is no response once your realise the same. No refunds as well. Expedia agents are also having no proper problem solving steps and mention the property is not responding to them and there is no way for them to refund the amounts. Terrible service don't go for it. Just money looters here.

This property owner told that he will not give the room even though it was confirmed via expedia. He said i don't care if its booked via Expedia. He forced me to pay the full amount 2 days before the booking and only then he told its confirmed. Area behind the hotel is scary with worst crowd
