"The property was incredibly clean, warm and a nice large room. It was very comfortable. The property had no restaurant or breakfast available, and felt like a ghost town. It shouldn’t be described as a resort, as it’s very clearly a motel. The check in staff and house keeping were polite. "My stay here as a solo traveler was the best decision I made for my trip. Dave and Shami were so friendly, kind, welcoming, and just genuinely good people. The room was so cozy and has an incredible view overlooking Rotorua. The breakfast spread was incredible and it was lovely to spend some time talking to other travelers about where they’re from and get ideas. I absolutely plan to come back again and recommend this place to anyone passing through Rotorua."

"We got this place because it could cater to a party of 7 adults + 2 kids. Surprisingly when we got the keys we could have easily slept 12-14 people as we had more beds then heads. This made our stay super comfortable. Beds were comfy and there was lots of space, it wasn't cramped. It's not a super modern motel but was great value for money, especially for a big group. I will book here again."

"We really loved our spontaneous trip to Rotorua. Thanks to Ripple! The room was warm and incredibly clean! Located right in front of the Rotorua luge which makes so easy to go and enjoy the activity early! We also loved the spa and heated pool. My child loved the trampoline and the playground! "We stayed here about a year ago and it was really nice. This time around it was very run down. It was clean but things were about to break, the taps in our room were about to come off you had to be careful when using them.

"We had an awesome stay at Arawa Park Hotel during our weekend holiday in Rotorua. The room was clean and organized when we arrived. The staff was also helpful, especially when we requested for a cot for our little one. The breakfast was also delightful!
