"Adequate overnight stop off the afternoon sailing from Portsmouth. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit the dock. Late check in available if the ferry is late. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Quite a basic room, no tea or coffee in the room or bottles of water. Room was small with 2 twin beds. Beds very comfortable and shower good. "What a gem in Honfleur! Great location, close to shops, restaurants and points of interest. We were in the "newer" section of the hotel and had a wonderful, large room with a great view of the docks. Breakfast was lovely and the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel provides very secure parking but take note that it is a 5-6 minute walk to the hotel from the lot."

"Globalement agréable séjour mais au vu du standing de l'établissement, nous pouvons nous attendre à mieux... Accueil chaleureux et personnel très attentionné. SPA : jacuzzi froid et manque d'huiles essentielles dans le hammam Chambre : insonorisation entre les chambres quasi inexistante ! Brunch : produits de qualité et bien travaillés. Dommage que les oeufs brouillés et le bacon était froid."

"Nice hotel and spa but room was extremely small for a couple, almost no desk . No way to get around the person seating on the stool a small table/desk except go on top of the bed. Bathroom very small too/ no room to store toiletry of 2 people. spa was nice especially the large pool and small/relaxing pool (Jacuzzi small and not great in term of jets and temperature). Staff was helpful and nice except for one lady at the spa who was not customer oriented"

"Je suis venue pour le travail, je suis enceinte et au bout d’une semaine les plats proposés et disponible pour une femme enceinte sont limités, j’ai demandé de manger le menu enfant (steak et pâtes/frites) en payant le menu adulte, mais aucune concession n’a été faite. Très très déçue. Vous ne pouvez pas réglé la température de la chambre et je suis tombée malade ! Certains poissons d’argent se trouvent dans la salle de bain, propreté à revoir. A fuir."
