All the extras were available…hair dryer, iron, gym, excellent breakfast, ability to buy drinks and snacks! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in we received a card for complimentary breakfast buffets for our 2 day stay. We were traveling New England for 10 days staying in various states and hotels and this was by far the best! Keep up the good! We will be looking for 4Points Sheraton from now on!

This was a beautiful property I really enjoyed my stay the room was clean and the bed felt like heaven. The only problem was when I chose to extend my stay I was charged another deposit. Overall it was a nice experience.

Bed was very comfortable, goof night sleep. All the staff were very friendly, especially at the front desk. Being picky room lacked instructions on how to operate things such as the motorized shades.

Over all the stay was wonderful. Lots of closet space and wall sockets all around the room for charging phones and laptop. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No need to bring these things from home. 24 hour desk service which is a plus. Very safe and quiet to sleep in. Black out curtains was a plus. Also microwave and fridge was a plus. They also have a desk and chair and a nice couch in the room. I would stay again.

Nice property a little secluded on a hill. Pool was not usable. Under Maintenance the day I booked it. Allowed to use alternate hotel with pool, however pipes above pool were leaking water in pool at alternate location. Comparable hotels in the area included breakfast, this one does not.

We had a problem with the rooms and had to change rooms twice until the 3rd room was satisfactory .. one room had a broken pipe in the bathroom water spitting all over. The second room the bathroom door was stuck and my husband got locked inside also the hall light wouldn’t go off.. The third room as ok

I booked this room because of the good reviews. That said, we had zero housekeeping for our entire stay. Not one time. Need towels? You’ll have to make your way to the front desk and request them. Our bathtub drain was clogged, and multiple requests to have it fixed resulted in nothing. Can’t recommend this hotel.
