Minha classificação razoável: hotel 5 estrelas all incluso com preço bastante alto, oferece bebidas e comidas num padrão mediano.. nada de especial. Os passeios são ótimos, mas temos outras agências que oferecem esses passeios a um preço mais justos. O atendimento é excelente. Resumindo, o impacto negativo é grande, quando falamos de preço da diária x expectativa do restaurante de uma classificação 5 estrelas.

O Grand Amazon Expedition é um barco hotel all inclusive, algo rústico e caro, três estrelas e meia, com 20 anos de uso, necessitando ser trocado por um navio novo e moderno. O roteiro feito foi o de três dias. As boas vindas no check in foi a cobrança de impostos e taxas que haviam sido pagas 3 meses antes, quando da compra do pacote. Outro ponto negativo foi a trilha na selva com o guia Samir, com 28 pessoas em mata fechada (15 pessoas já seria muito), pessoas necessitando de atenção e ajuda e ainda, parte do grupo perdeu-se na volta. O desempenho do guia deixou a desejar. Essa trilha necessita de dois guias: um à frente e outro atrás do grupo. Também, não há necessidade de acordar às 5 horas para ir ver o amanhecer em uma lancha no meio do rio (até parece que é para justificar os passeios incluídos no pacote), porque no dia seguinte, na parada do encontro das águas, vê-se esse mesmo nascer do sol, porém, da proa do navio. O mesmo acontece na saída noturna para focar jacarés e ver animais. Com o rio oito metros acima do nível normal, tudo alagado, não havia animais, fora duas preguiças. De dia, viu-se preguiças e macacos (poucos). A alimentação era variada, com opções de comida regional e a equipe comandado pelo maitre Nailson é muito boa. Destaque para o guia Epifânio: conhecimento, cordialidade, bom humor, pronto a ajudar. Deixou a desejar também, a companhia não ter enviado as informações antes do embarque, por email ou whatsapp, nem entregue em papel no check in.

Pontos positivos: beleza do local, conforto, atendimento da equipe (exceto por uma pessoa todos foram muito educados e gentis, fazendo de tudo para nos agradar), internet boa, comida maravilhosa e regional. Foi um sonho de viagem e voltaria!! Ponto negativo: passeio “caminhada na floresta” decepcionante por conta da falta de profissionalismo do guia que corria pela floresta sem pensar que havia idosos no grupo (em nenhum local do passeio dizia que correríamos pela mata e que seria trilha difícil). Eu que não sou idosa tive dificuldade e fiquei chocada com frases do guia como “se continuar assim levaremos 3 horas” ou “se não quiserem ver o que mostro eu não mostro mais” quando eu não quis comer uma seiva que ele retirou de uma árvore. Eu sequer consegui repassar meu repelente porque ele corria, cheguei a pensar que iria me perder, já que ele sequer voltava para mostrar o caminho. Sorte que os demais me ajudaram. Porém, mesmo assim valeu muito a viagem

Estadia deixou muito a desejar no quesito alimentação. Ficamos embarcados por cinco dias, acabou o pão de hambúrguer, catchup, batata frita, coca zero… não tinha alimentação disponível durante todo o dia como se publicou no site. Fica difícil você não se alimentar e ficar com fome. Comida nos horários disponibilizados de baixa qualidade. O check out diz no site as 11:00 porém fomos obrigados a deixar o navio às 8:30 e o café só serviram das 7:00 às 8:00 se se acordasse mais tarde não tomaria café. Enfim, não recomendo esse passeio. Acredito que outros hotéis o tenham em melhor qualidade a rede iberoestar levaria uma nota 5 se muito, somente por causa do material humano ou seja a equipe que fez a limpeza dos quartos, aqueles das excursões e os que nos serviram nas refeições que são extremamente atenciosos, a eles nota 10.

O atendimento do staff é o diferencial!!! Nota 1000. Preocupação constante com o hóspede desde a chegada no porto. A alimentação all inclusive é maravilhosa! As instalações precisam um pouco de atenção mas considerando a umidade local está bem conservado. Limpeza, lençóis, toalhas muto limpos. Total segurança nos passeios que são incríveis. Show folclórico palestras informativas sobre pássaros da Amazônia, peixes, boto rosa muito interessantes. Nos integram com o ambiente da floresta. Cuidado constante. Conforto. Apenas uma sugestão… mais agilidade no check in. Nada que desabone o todo.

Lifetime Experience

This trip to the Amazon was a lifetime experience and I think the ship has played a fundamental part in it. The food is good, all drinks are included as well as the tours, the room is pretty comfortable and the best part is the staff - they are one of the best I have ever met. I definitely recommend this accommodation!!

O Iberostar Grand amazon superou nossas expectativas! O ponto alto são os passeios, todos os dias saem de dois a três passeios, muito organizados e com guias preparadíssimos! O serviço também é excelente, um dos melhores que já vi. Todos sempre muito simpáticos e gentis, garçons sempre atentos, sem fila para pegar bebidas, levavam onde estivéssemos, etc. Quarto amplo e muito confortável. Bebidas e drinks preparados com muito capricho e qualidade. Quanto à comida, tudo é muito saboroso, mas sentimos falta de mais variedade e opções. Há café da manhã, lanche na piscina às 11:30, almoço e janta, mas não há buffet quando chegamos dos passeios de manhã ou à tarde por exemplo. Das 11 às 23h é possível pedir algo para comer no serviço de quarto. No geral a experiência foi excelente, recomendamos muito!

Experiência agradável !

Foi uma experiência diferente, cabine confortável com um banheiro muito bom, melhor do que muitos hotéis, todos sem excessão muito amáveis . O navio navega muito pouco, maior parte do roteiro é parado no rio. O bar funciona muito bem e as bebidas são razoáveis! A cozinha ruim no almoço e jantar, café da manhã muito bom. Passeios fracos! Area da piscina boa, mas o barco estava com passageiros reduzidos. informaram que seriam 76 mas havia perto de 100 ! Cheio deve ser complicado
