"My flight arrived late so I checked in at 9:00 pm. Stayed there for walking distance from airport and pool for my kid. Pool closes at 9:30 pm so he was only able to use it for 30 minutes. We went to their restaurant after and waiter disappeared after our food arrived, after a while sitting there I asked another waiter for my check and an additional drink , it passed 10 minutes and no sign of the drink so I had to cancel drink and left. Next morning my kids got up to go to the pool right after...

"I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the food was excellent, and the views were...

"This was a breath of fresh air. The hotel is realllyyy nice and worth the cost. If ever I was to return to Nicaragua, this is where I would want to stay. It's safe, clean, convenient, and it has all the amenities you would need. The staffs are extremely helpful. It was a great choice."

"Incredibly delightful stay at the Voco. Clean rooms, comfortable and spacious beds, air-conditioned rooms, solid wifi and television, and such a convenient location for the hotel. The hotel also has a small parking lot on site, which was really helpful. We asked for a recommendation for a tour of the Isletas. The staff called their connection and we were on our way in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place for locals or foreigners."
