"Check in would have been a breeze had the check in person taken more time to explain where Room 16 is located. My family and I had spend more time looking for the room location outside in the cold. I decided to checked the email from Cinnamon Bear and I remembered there was a map of the property. I can’t believed the check in person didn’t even asked how was our room… The sofa bed was also broken ( can’t open the bed). My son slept on the sofa instead. Breakfast was a plus but food were cold when served. How about coffee maker in room? Place was spacious for 3. "

"Extremely convenient location right next to Main Lodge. I love the valet service for the skis and it’s wonderful to be able to drop off your gear after a long day of riding. The large suites are wonderful for a huge family. The only negative is that they’re pretty outdated in terms of the carpet and appliances that overall wonderful experience and we booked again for next year."

"It was probably my fault for not paying better attention but there was no iron, no desk in the room, or even a small table. I was there for a work trip and it was very difficult without a desk or table to work from. What hotel doesn’t have a table or desk? The stay was quiet and the room was clean. It is located in the center of town which is nice. But probably won’t ever stay again due to the outdated /dark room and missing necessary amenities. On top that they charge a resort fee. :("
