"Perfect location, helpful staff, nice hotel with cool decor. Located in the center of beach life! We paid for the delicious morning breakfast which was served in a trendy cafe downstairs with an outdoor view of the beach. Be forewarned that you will hear music throughout the night, as it located down the beach from a local nightclub. My daughter and I are heavy sleepers but we did drift off to the sounds of thumping bass. Anywhere you stay on the beach in Valencia will be within sounds of club music going until 5 am. I don't know why they must play the music all night, but they do. At least this is the case in the summer. This is not the fault of the hotel, it's just a fact of staying on this particular beach. If you are a light sleeper, stay closer to the city center."

"The room was clean and had been partially upgraded. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the beach. Many restaurant options in the area. Easy commute to the city by bus or tram/metro. S8 run from Neptu to Maritim Metro. #95 run to Colon Metro and beyond. A 2 star facility reasonably priced. Can do with some updating. Vending machine prices well below expected. Street parking can be limited but garage parking available nearby at about e19 per day. Street parking readily available as beach goers leave in the late afternoon."

"The facility is beautiful, beach was close by. The pool area was very nice. Too full with people reserving their chairs with towels even though hotel etiquette was clear you can't do that. The drinks are quite expensive but good and generous in portion. Staff is amazing, attentive, available and knowledgeable. I would skip the in-house restaurant and go to local restaurants for dinner, the concierge had amazing recommendations. The breakfast buffet was great and worth the price. Last night stay, there was a wedding at the hotel and the band was playing outdoors, right outside my window. It was quite noisy until late. I would have loved notice that it was happening and to anticipate noise level since I had an early flight to carch. Otherwise I wouldn't have minded the free concert:)"

"At first glance, one might think things are sletch: wrong. Pull on the metal bars on the outside.door. someone will let you in the next set of doors. There's a keypad on the right with a buzzer. The young woman managing reception was superb and helpful. The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. My wife and I were happy with it. You can also use their laundry and borrow a beach umbrella. I found street parking very easily on the main street south of the apartment, past the traffic circle, across from the Marina. The huge, sandy beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a tram stop (Dr Lluch) into Valencia 2 minutes away. Metro and trams work well. They stop running about 10:30 or so. You can ask A.I. about specific schedules and stops. Taxi costs €12 from Valencia to apartment. The neighborhood is safe and authentic. There are plazas to the west of the apartment with plenty of eateries and bars. Walj around the neighborhood and enjoy the variety. If you want a really good experience with food and service, check out Taska la Reina, very near by. There's also a fantastic gelato place a few doors down. Have a great time. Valencia is outstanding."
