Great location within easy walking distance of the train station, bike rentals and Opera house. Staff were polite and friendly and informative. Breakfast was superb, very fresh ingredients, freshly cooked and very wide choice of both traditional and continental foods

This hotel is very close to all things that a tourist would want to visit. It's a 5 minute walk to the Castle and central station. There is a mall and other shops around. Easy access to busses. The area has many good options near by. The staff are soooo helpful! The only downside is the hotel is very dark and seems older in the halls and rooms. My room was very dusty!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff there was so helpful and accommodating. The room were spacious and clean. When you checked in you could set up room cleanings for your entire stay which was nice so you weren't being bothered every single day. The location of this particular hotel was right downtown and within walking distance of about everything. The breakfast buffet was so delicious every morning. Such a wide variety of things to eat. We will definitely be staying there again when we travel back to Sweden

Below par!

Cold room and unable to regulate temperature. Breakfast resevartion did not work even though it was included in the price, so no breakfast. Cleaning staff disturbing several times hours before check out almost harrasing one to leave. One star for the smiling reception worker, that’s it.

Rummet var nedslidt. Trægulvet var så ridset og ødelagt, der burde have været lagt tæpper på for mange år siden. Det kunne måske også tag lyden fra andre værelser. Gardinerne have huller, vindues karmene var så slidte at malingen manglede flere steder. Den ene sikring manglede på vinduet. Dørkarmene til badeværelset manglede også maling flere steder.
