"This hotel could be wonderful but in our opinion it was let down by some of its staff. The hotel was absolutely full of Germans. I have no problem with other nationalities, however being Canadian/English our first language IS NOT GERMAN. Even my ability to say please, thank you etc. in Turkish was lost on many. We booked into the Turkish à la carte restaurant twice as it was delicious, Buffet was good I would give 7/10 Always something for the kids to do, water park was great fun, two garden parties with great entertainment and laser-drone show twice a week and good evening shows. Beach is lovely. The complex is beautiful and a great layout. Would recommend for a family holiday"

"Rezervasyon yaptırdığım ve ödemesini yaptığım otele saat 18.00de ulaştık. Hotels.com ve otel arasındaki iletişim sıkıntısı nedeniyle yaklaşık 2 saat check in işlemi yapılamadı. Resepsiyon görevlisi iyi niyetli olmakla beraber yeterli beceriye sahip değildi. Otelin konfor ve temizliği fiyat/performans açısından zayıftı. Personel yetersizdi.
