I stayed here last night and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a suite, which was a lovely gesture. The receptionist was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — something that made a big difference after a long journey.

"I stayed here with my husband for 10 nights. It was a very nice room with just about everything we needed. I made the reservation online and they were kind enough to let my husband check in since he arrived 8 hours before me. They also let us check out late the day we left since the flight wasn’t until nighttime. That was a huge help and I really appreciated it. The kitchen was good for preparing meals and the washing machine was great. We may stay here again next month. "
"There are two NARS hotels in Jeddah, and somehow Expedia showed us the wrong address. 5 stars to the manager lady who called the other hotel and transferred the booking to themselves. In spite of language barriers, they accommodated us very well. And room was a luxury two bedroom apartment. Area around the hotel is very safe, but it’s a cab drivers hub. So take it for what it’s worth "
