Room was warm when we checked in. Late response, I have to go downstairs to get an extra towel after I called to have an extra one. Broken lamp but replaced right away.

The people were friendly. Room was clean.The problem is i was charged extra $300 pesos for pink soap possibly staining the floor towel. Also charged an extra 2% and up to $500 pesos per person taking the free shuttle for traveling from airport to the hotel. Heads up!!! Shuttle is only free for one ...
