Liked the room, comfortable and clean. Parts of the hotel are a little worn. Not a lot of choice at breakfast but was adequate - the coffee was good. Overall good value for money.

A very straightforward hotel. No frills. Simple rooms but with lovely new bathroom and rainforest shower. Despite simplicity it supplied everything, very good value for money, only $5/6 to Jonkers walk in a Grab taxi. Really nice music in foyer and by pool. Pool wasn’t amazing but it was quiet - I had it all to myself so 👍 Bed was comfy.

Good Thing: Well Decorated, Swiming pool, Good behavior. Panalty 300rm if smoking inside. Not like: Took extra amount 28 Rm. Said it would be refundable but actually not, Some frouits are not allowed, otherwise panalty. Room is very small.

First of all. The room was very spacious and thoughtfully allocated although I would suggest upgrading the television to a smart tv for an executive room such as this. That was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a long time for my back and neck issues. I was however very disappointed with the roof top. Namely because there’s a lot of open unused space that could be utilized as green space with plants and small trees to really liven up the vibe. The pool is outdated. I feel like they are missing an opportunity for a shared recreation area up there. It’s also kind of annoying to not be able to take the elevator all the way there. The view from the roof is beautiful at night though.. granted I found it strange that they offer for sale lovely hotel branded ashtrays yet none of them are at the tables and chairs on the roof to add an element of synergistic class. The surrounded neighborhood has several run down buildings listed for sale. It’s curious to me that whoever owns the hotel hasn’t purchased and facelifted them.

Efficient check-in, clean, quiet. Free and easy on-site parking. Older hotel but it is okay for the price. Only one pillow per person so if you like pillows, bring your own. One towel per person which is okay but the toilet gets a bit wet after showering.

I went as a family with 4 children, so their room with 3 beds was very suitable. My kids were happy to jump around. The unit we got came with a big bathroom which also included a bathtub, which was another plus. The only thing that was abit unusual was that they asked for money when i asked to get a second key card, which I thought was strange. Next door of the hotel was a nice seafood restaurant. Reasonably priced and the food was very fresh

Disappointing

We were initially given a family room in the main block, but unfortunately, the hallway and the room had a strong odor of trash. There were also bags of garbage and cardboard boxes left in the hallway, which we felt posed a potential fire hazard. The room itself was not clean—the carpet was dirty, and we even found trash and lizard droppings on the walls. The bathtub had broken stone edges, making the room feel far from family-friendly. After raising these concerns with the reception, we were moved to a room in the newer block, which was noticeably better and cleaner. However, during breakfast, we were served lukewarm soup noodles. When we pointed out that the soup in the pot was barely warm—a concern from a food safety perspective—the staff simply reheated our bowls in the microwave rather than addressing the issue at the source.

Personeel aan de balie was ronduit onvriendelijk. Wij kwamen 's morgens toe van een nachtbus en vroegen of we ons ergens konden wassen (aangezien ze een zwembad hadden) ze bekeken ons alsof we een hele rare vraag stelden en deden heel moeilijk dat we ons wouden douchen. Uiteindelijk na veel discussie mochten we dan toch douchen aan het zwembad. Bij het inchecken blijkt plots dat je niet enkel toeristentaks moet betalen, maar nog andere taksen dat niet op voorhand vermeld werden. De klantvriendelijkheid aan de balie kan stukken beter... De kamer en douche enzo was opzich wel proper, daar heb ik niks over aan te merken.

ホテル内は綺麗でした。エアコンの冷房も効くし、シャワーの水圧は弱いがお湯もちゃんと出る。しかし、隣の部屋と連結?する扉に鍵はなく、二重扉なだけで自由に行き来出来そうな作りで、安全面が乏しいと感じた。また、部屋にいるかどうかが外（廊下）から分かる作りになっているのが自分的には嫌だった。さらに、シャワーカーテンがないためトイレや床がびしょびしょに濡れるのは不便であった。

Lovely

Stayed in room 2515 (5th floor). Love my room. Definitely worth the price. Spacious bed, clean room and big toilet. Swimming pool is closed currently due to RMCO. Many parking available. Safe and easy. Will definitely come back again. Thank you

Check in process was very unpleasant. I have stand in line for nearly 1 hour before my turn. Overall, room cleanliness needs to be improved. Anyway, good night sleep/rest as the room was sound proof. Hardly hear anything from outside even though hotel is located next to busy road.

Worth the price paid

It was a good stay. The room and service is definitely worth the price paid. However, the actual room might not be as spacious and comfortable as the picture which might led to a higher expectation to the room.

Needs a Lot of Improvement on Services and Food

hotel location not so convenient and near the jonker street: staff not warm and accomodating: room facilities is very good: carpet flooring is too old and makes the room not so clean: breakfast buffet is very bad.
