Everyone from the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, and housekeeping went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely fabulous. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. The breakfast was like nothing I had ever seen. So fresh and so much variety. Everything was delicious! You will love your stay here!

The air conditioning broke in our room so the hotel switched us to another room immediately! They take pride in their customer service and I would highly recommend! The breakfast was also incredible.

The hotel is in a great location with spectacular views. The staff were very friendly and super helpful throughout our stay. Water sports are available for an extra charge and are conveniently located right near the property.
The food was good with plenty of variety, and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels exchanged every day. We also asked for a late checkout due to our evening flight, and there was absolutely no problem arranging it. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The first major challenge was trying to get into the hotel. There was no one at the hotel front desk to communicate with and the phone number didn’t work. It was not communicated that directions would be handled through WhatsApp. First we couldn’t get into the lobby; then we couldn’t get the code for the rooms. From the time we parked outside the hotel until the time we got into our rooms, it was over an hour. After that, it gets difficult to look fondly on our experience
