10 minutes from the Haram (with a shortcut through Anjum Hotel). It is uphill going towards the Haram. Just so you are aware. Barbers and a restaurant right next to the Hotel. Good budget hotel for the price.

Excellent hotel and very close to al haram although a little uphill climb and busy roads still one of the better ones in jabal Omar area. Check in was super fast

Highly recommend

Very comfortable stay, close to the Harem with a short 5 minute walk. Very good friendly staff available at all times. WiFi connection was patchy at times and my room was not cleaned during my stay.

Umrah stay

Very close to the Haram. Walking distance. Walk through Anjum hotel to avoid cliffs. Very basic hotel close to food and shops. Price wise it’s a good place to stay

It waa pleasure staying twice in mecca city. Required some more maintenance in rooms i stayed in. Otherwise staff and reception staff was helpful. Would like to stay again if had a chance.

The staff were very nice and welcoming throughout different interactions. However, the condition of the hotel was not great. The beds were not clean. I was too tired and there for a short time to ask them to change it.

It is little more than a kilometre from haram but the walking to and from is very dangerous due to an unsafe road and busy road. They should have shuttle services but there was none! People smoke inside the bathroom and they don’t have any control of it made me sick from smoking inhalation which carried over from the bathroom fan to the other floor. I would say the stuff like room service man Ramadan is great and the Manager and the counter staff’s are good too.

Overall stay wasn’t too bad.. for what it’s worth and being very close to the Haram.. it’s in every good location. Rooms are little dated and the bathroom is a bit too small.. with no shower cubicle.. it’s a small wet room.. it gets a little messy after a shower, everything gets wet.. average cleanliness but can be improved. Staffs are very friendly and nice.. especially the concierge’s Basit and Ramadan, they were very helpful and made my stay satisfying. Ramadan went out of his way to bring me food and medications when I wasn’t feeling well. That was so nice of him, I really appreciate it. I did mentioned that to the hotel management and hope they get rewarded or at least acknowledgement…👍 I defo will recommend it to single travels or all groups…. For family with small children might not be the ideal hotel.. 👍

Price was reasonable but steep slope. Basically, better take a cab to go to haram for just SAR 5. Returning from Haram they charge more. Nina the receptionist speaks English and was very helpful and always provided good advice when i was looking for something. Shower and toilet seat in same washroom not separated by anything. Basically after a bath, water is everywhere. I took it like a cultural thing which didn't really bother me but can still be improved.
