"Unfortunately at the present time the Ascott is in the middle of a construction project which obviously detracts from the overall presentation of the property. However once inside this is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. You are right in the middle of 3 conjoined shopping malls within which there are many restaurants. The staff were above and beyond."

"I've stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are nice, the staff is very good, the pool is nice, price is good, and the location is perfect. Drinks at the bar are inconsistent and the service there is a bit slow (well, the kitchen anyway). Food is okay, not great. Biggest issue is the elevators; so slow. I mean very, very slow; too many people and floors for just two elevators, and no service elevator. But overall it's a good hotel for the price."
