"Nice budget hotel. Ample parking in a well lit lot. Staff is helpful, rooms are clean and secure. There is a nice steak house, Cracker barrel and a Huddle house within walking distance. I will stay here again"

"I’ve stayed here before and there are definitely great perks. Booking through Expedia was seamless, check-in was quick, and the customer service was really good. The parking lot always has space, the breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing, and the attached bar with slot machines is a lot of fun. The AC in the room also worked great. Unfortunately, the room assignment and building maintenance fell way short. I paid for a single King room, but my view was pathetic. I opened the curtains only to stare directly at a roof and gutters on the internal side of the building. Surely they weren't sold out and could have provided a better view than a drainage ditch. The room tech is also outdated; they use an old DirecTV setup with no major streaming apps on the giant TV, forcing me to watch HBO Max on my phone. The elevator stinks terribly of heavy maintenance shop grease, and the walls have poor insulation, so I heard hallway noise all night long. Finally, housekeeping missed basic details. The curtains right above the AC were badly frayed, with foot-and-a-half-long strands blowing in the wind, which looked god-awful ugly. In the bathroom, the sink's pump soap dispenser was entirely empty, and the fiberglass tub creaked and cracked loudly underfoot while showering. Love the staff and the food, but the maintenance and room quality need serious attention."
