"We had an excellent stay. The hotel is located directly on the beach, which made our time there incredibly relaxing and convenient. The pool is spotlessly clean and perfect for unwinding throughout the day. Although the property is slightly isolated, this contributes to its peaceful, away-from-it-all atmosphere. If you want to explore further afield, it’s easy to arrange transport or excursions. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the coastline"

"Natscha and her assistant Ajit run this wonderful small guesthouse. If you are looking for an authentic, local experience then stay here. But, it is not that easy to get to, The road to the bungalow is largely unpaved and steep but, for us, that was all part of the attraction. The surroundings are beautiful - lush green jungle, beautiful rice paddies, local temples etc. But, if you don't have your own vehicle then it is not possible to get out at night. The cuisine is local and very good....

"My travel agent had originally booked me a hotel inland, but I couldn’t visit Sri Lanka’s coastline without spending a night by the beach. I found this hotel on Hotels.com, and I’m so glad I did! The location ( right on a quiet, scenic stretch of beach) was peaceful and beautiful. Most of the time, I had the beach almost entirely to myself. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The pool was lovely too, but honestly, the beachside area was just too perfect not...

"Perfect place for our first location in Sri Lanka. We stayed three nights and loved it. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very welcoming and the quality of the Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was amazing. We can also recommend the Katamaran tour in the lagoon. Free shuttle to the empty beach also worked great. Would always return here."
