"Location was amazing. No a/c so exceptionally hot in May!!! Parking for $20/day was 2 blocks away. Room seemed a bit dusty and a bit dated."

"The hotel itself was good, but the parking situation needs improvement. Staff told me which floor to use, but there were no signs showing how to actually get there. It ended up being confusing enough that I had to walk down the block to figure it out. There should be clearer signage directing guests to the parking areas—especially for the oversized vehicle parking garage. It would also help to have proper directions on how to get to and from the garage once you’re on the property. Overall, not a bad stay, but the lack of clear parking guidance was frustrating."

"Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice large smart TV in the room. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. There’s pretty much everything you would need in the close vicinity. Would stay again 10/10."

"Nice hotel with spacious, clean & secure rooms right in the heart of downtown Edmonton. Easy walk to various restaurants & only a 10min walk to Rogers Arena for anyone taking in sporting events or concerts."

"This is our place to stay when needed in Edmonton. Easy to locate. No heavy traffic. No guessing how to drive in as in hotels closer to city outskirts. Convenience of a restaurant just thru the doors vs going outside & walking or driving. Room always clean except this time would have loved to have a fridge. "
