お風呂、部屋は良かったです。
気になった点として、チェックイン前の到着で、チェックイン時間を駐車係、フロントスタッフに言われたこと。（ロビーでのんびりしたい客もいると思いますが）
夕食時、全てのメニューが出される前にデザートが先に来たこと。

お食事も美味しく、温泉（部屋/露天/大浴場）もとてもよかったです。また、機会があったら泊まりにいきます。
何点か。
食事：メインのお肉の調理法がそれぞれ選べて楽しめた
応対：接した方、みなさん気持ちのよい接客でした
その他1：卓球で遊べて、温泉！の感じを満喫できた
その他2：部屋のドライヤーが弱かったので大浴場に髪を乾かしにいった（弱すぎて面白かったのでこの旅ではマイナスではないです）

Perfect place for experiencing Japanese Ryokan
Awesome service and friendly staffs!
The quality of Japanese traditional foods were great! You must try Private Open Air Bath! It was a little bit hard to find it at the first time but the staff came to take us to the place.

入住了2晚，訂了2日的1泊2食，第1晚的晚餐不太合適非常清淡而且吃不飽，所以第2日我便問可不可以加錢轉其他晚餐，第2日的晚餐真的很不同很驚喜，很滿足，而且沒有加我錢，酒店所有服務員都很親切細心!

距離伊香保石階約莫5分鐘路程，地點佳，房間景色也很棒。旅館有種昭和時代的懷舊感，但是設備卻也維護的很好不老舊。旅館提供的早晚餐都很棒。
大浴場與露天風呂非常舒服，也很清潔，但請台灣旅客不要穿泳衣進去泡，這是很不禮貌的行為。
特別要推薦旅館的服務人員，服務非常親切，從入住櫃檯、餐廳用餐以及浴場的服務態度都非常的好，讓人有種從心底感到溫暖的感覺，非常值得推薦。
