"Great location towards the south gate area of Old Town Chiang Mai. Basic breakfast, consist of toast, bananas, cereals juice and milk. Great helpful staff for tours and excursions. Pool and elevator is basic. "
"Booked and paid for 7 nights in advance. Arrived with no room was available due to their major facility plumbing issue and had to check into a two-twin bed room instead of one king bed as booked.
The facility was very old, dirty with bad odor. One of the worst sort of the bad odor was their dark color toilet mat. This very dirty toilet mat would had never been cleaned nor replaced for months.
Tried of this very inconvenience and decided to give up and moved to a different hotel instead....

(the name of road means soil wall set in the opposite of this hotel for dividing district for many hundred years) that's near Tha pae night market, Chiang Mai moat (inner city), Night Bazaar and Warorot market.
