"Beautiful location, although slightly remote. Easy access via grab cars etc to chiang mai. Great pools. Breakfast isn’t great, which is a shame on a 9 night stay. Room service menu isn’t up to scratch with the other restaurants, but you can order from them, but this isn’t stated anywhere in the room. Laundry and spa services are very overpriced for Thailand, easy and a LOT cheaper to have these outside of the hotel."
