Not a good experience to stay in this hotel

The air conditioner is too hot , need fix 2 time . But very happy that the staff fix it finally . The air conditioner in breakfast restaurant is too hot . Seems the bed has something to bit me and my son . Some of the staff cannot speak English.

Ein schönes Hotel mit Pool, Sauna und Spa. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet eine riesige Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. An manchen Stellen im Hotel sind Abnutzungsspuren zu erkennen, deshalb 4 von 5 Sternen.

Senang menginap di Aston

Pelayanan ramah, petugas baik. Sempat ada masalah dg pihak hotel, miss com ttg peraturan hotel tapi lgsg di selesaikan dg baik oleh petugas. Memprioritaskan kenyamanan pelanggan.. Makanan lumayan, rasa lumayan.. fasilitas bersih. Hrg makanan wajar.

Good international standard in Madiun/East Java

Room was spacious and clean, furniture in good condition. Breakfast selection was good. Didn’t try out the gym/spa/pool. Wifi worked fine. Reception was not able to help with train ticket booking (as mentioned in service directory), instead I was referred to a website of train company and had to buy tickets at station in person instead. Apart fron this: worth to come back!

Staff was courteous and friendly. The electronic door lock was defective upon check in and can only be opened by the master key card. The response from the repair team was fast and got it repaired.

Aston on the Bengawan Solo

I booked a junior suite as the rates are pretty cheaper and the suite is very spacious. Good VIP and welcome platter provided. The lobby lounge has a live band every night and good choice of tasty food but very limited choice of alcoholic beverages. It is a very new hotel about 5 years old and is the hotel of choice for most foreigners coming into town especially for those on business and also very popular with the locals as well. So when I tried to extend for another night, all the rooms were taken up, even on a Thursday! The only room left was the Presidential suite and I had no choice but to take that! But it didn’t cost me too much, about the same price for a deluxe room is a bigger city. All in all , a very pleasant stay, even for a business trip.

Good Hotel in Madiun.

Had to visit Madiun for business purposes, couldnt find branded hotel like shangrila or sheraton, but found aston. Skeptical at first, but actually not bad. Room is very spacious. They also have conference center so, wasn't disappointed

Hotel pilihan di Kota Madiun

Kami menginap semalam di sini, untuk menghadiri pernikahan kerabat. Madiun bukan kota wisata. Maka keberadaan Hotel Aston sangat membantu kami mencari hotel yang nyaman dan aman. Penerimaan dan proses check in oleh staf sangat baik. Demikian juga pelayanan bellboy. Kebersihan kamar baik. Kami menempati kamar sisi Barat. Dan itu menurut kami sangat direkomendasikan karena pemandangan lebih baik dari pada sisi Timur. Kelengkapan amenities cukup, walaupun laundry bag di kamar kami tidak tersedia dan belum ada kelengkapan handuk kecil untuk basuh wajah dan tangan. Tisue juga hanya ada di kamar mandi dan belum tersedia di kamar. Pelayanan service room sangat cepat dan baik. Kolam renang nyaman, cukup panjang untuk sekadar relaksasi ataupun berolahraga. Bahkan dilengkapi dengan kolam renang anak semi indoor. Sayang, saat kami menginap, bangunan sebelah luar kolam renang sedang dalam proses pembangunan sehingga suara-suara berisik sangat mengganggu kenyamanan kami selama berenang. Yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah kualitas rasa makanan yang tersaji. Variasi kurang dan rasa kurang "menggigit". Mudah-mudahan dapat ditingkatkan terutama dalam hal "taste". Secara keseluruhan, Hotel Aston masih menjadi pilihan untuk menginap di Kota Madiun.
