"When I arrived to Machu Picchu they told me I could not ck in because they had problem with the water system. They had found me a different hotel to stay in which I accepted because I had no other option. This place did not meet my expectations. Do not reserve this place."

"Awful-there was no road access to the building-had to walk each day with luggage to the hotel from a distant adjacent road for 10plus minutes.COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.Contacted hotel.com immediately-Nothing was resolved to our satisfaction-A REAL let down from HOTEL.COM.To top it off, there was no hot water or at times electricity..Non accessibility to hotel due to construction was not disclosed at all.Pictures are really deceptive."

"This property is close to all the main buildings/areas in Aguas Calientes, it is very convenient and the service the hotel staff provide is very good. The only complain is the low wifi signal near the 3rd floor but other than that, the service this hotel provided to me was top notch and would recommend any travelers going to Machu Picchu to give it a try, you will not regret it. "
