"On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. "Super sentral, very friendly staff,great breakfast, best shower so far. My only complain is to little electric outlets and how loud it is. If someone is in the hallway or outside the hotel it feels like they are in the room with you. Nothing my earplugs didn't fix, but I would bring that. Other than that, everything was great. "
